You will originate business, manage sophisticated client relationships and contribute to strategic growth across multiple offices and service lines.

Qualifications

• CTA qualification essential.
• Director/Partner level or Senior Director pathway.
• Strong track record of business development and client origination.
• Technical expertise across private client matters.
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership and communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with growth opportunities.
• Collaborative approach across offices and service lines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow client relationships across private client matters.
• Originate new business and build relationships with professional advisers and referrers.
• Apply expertise to complex private client matters including trusts and estates.
• Advise entrepreneurs, families, trustees and other private clients.
• Identify opportunities to expand the firm's offering across related services.
• Collaborate with colleagues across offices to deliver joined-up client solutions.
• Contribute to the strategic development of the practice and team growth.
