A fantastic opportunity for a Private Client Partner has arisen at a highly regarded, national law firm’s Lincoln office!

The Role

On offer in the firm's Private Client department, working alongside an experienced team of solicitors and partners.

Our client is seeking a candidate who can both manage their own caseload and support more junior solicitors in developing their skills. The work will focus on a wide variety of issues and includes Court of Protection, dealing with mental capacity issues, efficient passage of private company shares and business interests for high-net-worth individuals, inheritance tax planning, lasting powers of attorney, lifetime gifts, management of affairs under deputyship, trusts, wills, and many more.

About you

The successful candidate will have fantastic organisational skills as well as great interpersonal skills to help communicate with clients daily. As well as this, you will be able to provide a professional and concise service for a variety of clients.

The firm is ideally looking for someone who is at the Partner level. Excellent communication skills are a necessity for this role, and you must be able to liaise confidently with clients and third parties. This firm operates differently from most traditional law firms, and lawyers typically don’t work towards targets, with the emphasis being more on overall team performance.
