Job summary

HarKaye Core Talent is partnering with a leading national law firm to appoint a Private Client Partner in Birmingham. This is the first Private Client hire in the city, offering genuine autonomy to establish and lead the practice within an entrepreneurial culture.

You will build the client base, shape the service mix across wills, trusts, succession planning and wealth preservation, and develop a local team with the backing of a national platform.

• Established client and/or professional relationships.
• Track record of business development and generating work.
• Leadership skills and appetite to build a team.

Who am I looking for?

This could suit an established Private Client Partner, Junior Partner or ambitious Senior Associate/Legal Director who is ready to take their career to the next level.

Ideally, you will have:

• Strong technical experience across a broad range of Private Client matters
• Established client and/or professional relationships
• A track record of business development and generating work
• The commercial mindset and ambition to develop a practice
• The leadership skills and appetite to build and grow a team
