Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months of paralegal experience in Private Client law.
• Experience with farming, rural, or high-net-worth clients is desirable.
• Knowledge of estate and tax planning.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with drafting wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
• Preparing probate applications and assisting with estate administration.
• Maintaining accurate case records.

Skills

Previous paralegal experience in Private Client law

Strong understanding of wills, probate, trusts

Confident in drafting legal documents

Experience liaising with clients

Excellent administrative and organisational skills

Proficiency with case management systems

Education

Professional qualifications such as CILEX or STEP
