Responsibilities

• Assist fee earners with private client matters including wills, probate and LPA documentation.
• Draft correspondence and legal documents, prepare probate paperwork.
• Liaise with clients, beneficiaries and third parties to progress files.
• Maintain case management systems and manage file progression to completion.
• Uphold high standards of client care and professional conduct.
