A highly regarded firm in Tameside is looking to recruit a Private Client Paralegal to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous private client experience to manage their own files and assist the head of department, working closely across a broad range of wills, probate, trusts, and Court of Protection matters.

This is a hands-on role that offers a great mix of independence and support, perfect for a paralegal who is keen to develop their career further in a welcoming and professional environment.

Who we’re looking for

  • Previous experience running your own caseload of wills, probate, trusts, LPAs, and/or Court of Protection matters
  • Excellent communication skills – friendly, approachable, punctual, and reliable
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to complete tasks to deadlines
  • Good time management and organisational skills
  • Flexible to attend client homes or hospitals for deathbed wills when needed
  • Professional, client-focused attitude
