Overview

Private Client Paralegal, 2+ Years’ Experience, Nottinghamshire, £20K-£30K (DOE) – An exciting opportunity for an experienced Private Client Paralegal to join a busy team in Nottinghamshire. This office-based role offers the chance to support Solicitors while developing your career within a friendly and collaborative legal environment.

The role

You will work as part of the private client team, supporting Solicitors on a variety of matters including wills, probate, trusts, estate administration, and Lasting Powers of Attorney. You will assist with both administrative and legal tasks, liaising with clients, Solicitors, and other third parties as required.

Skills Required
  • The ideal candidate will have previous experience in private client work and a good understanding of wills, probate, trusts, estate administration, and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • A proactive, professional, and motivated approach is expected.
