Role Responsibilities
  • Prepare and manage legal documents and correspondence for Private Client matters (Wills, Probate, LPAs)
  • Audio/digital dictation typing to produce accurate documentation
  • Maintain accurate client files and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
  • Diary management and scheduling appointments efficiently
  • Communicate professionally with clients via phone, email, and face-to-face
  • Assist with billing and general administrative tasks
Candidate Profile
  • Previous experience in a Private Client or legal secretarial role
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management systems
  • Experience with digital dictation software
