Our client's biggest practice and income is through their Private Client Department, which is a team of 15 talented Partners, Senior Associates, Associates, Trainees, Paralegals, and Legal Secretaries. There is a very large and historic will bank, and the team is looking at changes in the future, including some promotions that will open up a role for a fee earner experienced in private client work.

You will be fully supported in your career journey. The firm offers flexible home working and a collaborative, friendly environment, with one day a week when the team works together from the office.

You will manage your own mixed caseload, supporting and guiding clients in legal advisory capacity for securing assets across Wills, Trusts, and Probate matters, including considerations of wealth, tax, and probate administration complexities.

What can you expect from day one?
You will not need to find clients; each fee earner has a caseload of dormant and active clients. With the team's restructure, you will be assigned cases to manage, receive a full induction on working processes, and have your own assistants to manage your diary, draft documents, and handle general non-fee earning tasks. The target is around 5 chargeable hours, equating to a fee income of 3x salary. Benefits include:
