Private Client Lawyer

This highly rated law firm in Bournemouth & Poole require an experienced Private Client lawyer to join their team of Private Client specialists.

The Firm
A private practice law firm with a strong private client department employing some of the region's most experienced private client lawyers. The private client department advises on all aspects of private client law including simple form and complex wills, probate, estate administration, tax, trusts, IHT, life planning and Court of Protection cases.

The Role
The successful Private Client lawyer will deal with all areas of Wills, Trust and Probate work, particularly Probate, Powers of Attorney/Deputyships and advising on the Administration of Trusts. Full support will be provided by the firm to help market your expertise.

The Candidate
