Role - Head of Private Client Department; Firm - Leading Regional Law Firm; Location - Leamington Spa; Working Arrangements - Hybrid Working (2-3 days office-based); Salary - 70,000 - 90,000 DOE + excellent benefits.

The Role

• Lead and manage a successful Private Client team.
• Oversee a varied caseload including wills, probate, trusts, estate planning, lasting powers of attorney and more.
• Play a key role in business development and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Drive strategy and performance within the department.
• Mentor, develop and support junior team members.

About You

• A qualified Solicitor (8+ PQE) with extensive experience in private client matters.
• Proven leadership and people management skills.
• Strong client-facing ability and a commercial mindset.
• Desire to shape and grow the department further.
