The Firm:

The Role:

To join the expanding private client department as a fee earner the successful candidate will be handling bespoke complex and high value estate administration, will drafting and lasting power of attorney preparation. There are also opportunities to develop your career in legal services and progression within the firm.

Probate:

Deal with new enquiries

Take instructions

Establish assets and liabilities of the estate

Prepare inheritance tax forms and applications for Grant of Representation

Undertake work covering the administration of assets including properties. Preparing administration accounts Calculation of tax liabilities during the administration

Lasting Power of Attorney:
