The Role

• Manage a diverse caseload of private client matters, including wills, probate, lasting powers of attorney, and estate planning.
• Receive support from an experienced legal assistant handling straightforward matters.
• Work from one of the firm’s offices in Skipton, Keighley, or Bradford.
• Build strong relationships with local clients, benefiting from repeat business and referrals.

Requirements

• Qualified Chartered Legal Executive or experienced fee earner with a strong background in Private Client law.
• Solid expertise in wills, probate, estate planning, and powers of attorney.
• Exceptional client communication skills with a confident and professional approach.
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload efficiently and accurately.
• Proven track record of handling private client matters from instruction through to completion.
