Job summary

You will manage a diverse portfolio, delivering both compliance and advisory support across succession planning, wealth protection, and restructuring, while mentoring junior colleagues and identifying new opportunities.

We’re working with a highly regarded professional services firm whose Private Client team is going through an exciting period of growth. We know the team well and what particularly sets it apart is the breadth and complexity of its client base, combined with a genuinely relationship-led approach.

The team advises high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, families, private equity professionals, owner-managed businesses and trusts, often supporting clients through significant personal and commercial milestones. This is a role where you’ll become a trusted adviser, combining strong technical expertise with a practical understanding of what matters to your clients.

You’ll manage a varied portfolio, providing both compliance and advisory support across areas including succession planning, restructuring, wealth protection and complex UK tax matters. You’ll work closely with experienced Directors and Partners, while having plenty of autonomy and visibility with clients.

We’re looking for a CTA and/or ACA qualified professional with strong private client experience, excellent technical knowledge and the confidence to manage client relationships and develop new opportunities. You’ll also play an important role in mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to the continued development of the team.
