Job Description

Provide clear, practical, and commercial legal advice to UK-based clients. Manage a varied workload efficiently, with appropriate supervision. Draft complex legal documents using relevant precedents. Conduct legal research with a commercial lens. Supervise and delegate tasks to junior team members where appropriate. Participate in client seminars, presentations, and pitches. Identify and pursue client development opportunities. Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives. Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory standards.

The Successful Applicant

Qualified solicitor in England and Wales (or equivalent, e.g. CILEX) with 2+ years' PQE. Strong expertise in domestic and international succession and tax planning. STEP qualification is advantageous. Demonstrates sound judgement and commercial awareness. Detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving skills. Proactive, flexible, and capable of managing a broad caseload. Effective communicator who builds rapport with clients. Committed to teamwork and personal growth.
