Are you a Private Client Solicitor, CILEX, or Probate Executive seeking a new role in the Littlehampton area with hybrid working options?

You will join a small team within a 3-partner high street practice, working from the firm's Rustington office alongside a Probate Partner, a Fee Earner, and supported by two Legal Assistants.

The successful candidate will advise on personal tax matters (IHT & CGT), handle Probate & Estate work, draft Wills & LPAs, and ideally have some knowledge of Trusts and COP/deputyship work.

Candidates should be IT literate and comfortable working with Case Management systems.

Flexible working arrangements are available, including home/remote work two days a week, with flexibility around days and hours.
