Driverz Work is seeking a private/family driver in London to handle daily pick-ups and drop-offs for the CEO and family. The role covers Central London, the City, West London, and surrounding areas with itineraries subject to daily arrangements.

The position is self-employed with a company-provided vehicle. It requires punctuality, discretion and strong service orientation, with flexibility for ad-hoc route changes and weekend/holiday scheduling if needed.

Qualifikationen

Overview

We are currently recruiting a private/family driver in London to be responsible for the daily pick‑up and drop‑offs for the CEO and his family. Primary service areas include Central London, West London, the City and Greater London environs; specific itineraries will be subject to daily arrangements.

Working Hours & Schedule

• Standard working days: 22 days per month, 10 hours per day.


• Employment status: Self‑employed.


• Vehicle: Company‑provided vehicle. Pick‑up and drop‑off at the CEO’s residence.

Salary & Compensation Structure (Bank transfer or cash)

• Guaranteed Base Salary: £3,500 per month (based on 22 days / month, 10 hours / day).


• Overtime: £18 per hour for hours worked exceeding 10 hours per day, unless compensatory time off is granted within the same week.


• Extra Days: £160 per day for working days falling beyond the monthly baseline of 22 days.


• CEO Holiday Allowance: When the CEO is on holiday, the driver may take leave. If the CEO is away for a full calendar month with no driving duties required, 50% of the base salary will be payable..

Requirements

• Must hold valid right‑to‑work status in the United Kingdom.


• Possess a valid UK driving licence with a clean driving record.


• Familiar with road networks across Central London, the City and West London.


• Prior experience in private‑family chauffeur work, executive chauffeur work, and hotel / corporate pick‑up and drop‑offs is preferred.


• Punctual, calm‑mannered and discreet, with a strong sense of personal boundaries and strong service‑orientation.


• Able to accommodate ad‑hoc route changes and flexible working schedules.


• Candidates able to provide proof of \"Right to Work\", DVLA check code, DBS check certificate and professional references will be given priority.


• Proficiency in both English and Chinese to communicate effectively with the employer’s household and third‑party service contacts.

Pay: £3,500.00-£4,000.00 per month
