The Role

You’ll work closely with experienced colleagues including in‑house tax specialists on a broad mix of trust administration, personal tax and wealth‑protection matters. The work is varied, technical and client‑facing. Office presence is typically around two days a week.

You can expect to:

  • Preparing or overseeing annual trust accounts and tax returns
  • Working with the wider lifetime planning team on trusts arising from wills, gifts and deputyships
  • Liaising with trustees, high‑net‑worth clients, accountants and Chartered Tax Advisers
About You
  • Solicitor, Legal Executive or Trust Adviser with ideally 2–6 PQE (or equivalent experience). Applications from NQs with specific experience in trusts will also be considered.
  • Comfortable managing your own files without supervision and juggling deadlines
  • Highly organized, proactive and client‑focused, with strong attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication skills
Why Join?
