ETRA Talent is partnering with two established financial services businesses to strengthen their Private Banking and Wealth Management capabilities. We seek experienced Relationship Managers with an existing portfolio of High Net Worth and Ultra High Net Worth clients across the UK and Europe.

Ideal candidates will bring a proven track record, a transferable client book, and a strong commercial acumen to develop trusted relationships, generate new business and deliver tailored wealth solutions

We are working with two established financial services businesses looking to strengthen their Private Banking and Wealth Management capabilities through the appointment of experienced Relationship Managers.

We are keen to speak with established Private Banking professionals who have an existing portfolio of High Net Worth (HNW) and Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients across the UK and Europe.

These are commercially focused opportunities for individuals who can bring an established network, develop trusted client relationships and generate new business through their existing connections and market presence.

The Opportunities

We are looking for Relationship Managers with experience in:

• Managing and developing established HNW and UHNW client portfolios.
• An existing and demonstrable UK and/or European client book.
• Developing new client relationships and generating assets under management.
• Delivering tailored private banking and wealth management solutions.
• Understanding sophisticated client requirements, including investment, lending and broader wealth structuring needs.
• Building long‑term relationships with entrepreneurs, business owners, family offices and high‑net‑worth individuals.
• Working within a regulated private banking, wealth management or investment management environment.
