A global cruise company in Southampton is looking for a Privacy Manager to join the Global Ethics & Compliance department. The role involves conducting Privacy-by-Design activities, advising on data protection risks, and supporting training initiatives. Strong understanding of UK/EU privacy laws and experience in complex organizations are required. This position offers a full-time, fixed-term contract with a hybrid work model.

Working within our Privacy team, you’ll contribute to the running of the Privacy by Design activities and integration of Privacy by Design principles providing expert advice on data protection practices, supporting on and delivering risk assessments, and promoting a culture of privacy awareness that helps protect our guests, employees, and operations.
This role is offered on a two-year fixed-term basis, supporting the delivery of our strategic business goals during an exciting period of transformation.
This role is positioned at CUK08 level within our organisation and is available on a full-time, fixed term basis for 2 years. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.
