  • Provide expert legal advice on privacy and data protection regulations, ensuring compliance across all operations.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate data processing agreements and other relevant contracts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement privacy policies and procedures effectively.
  • Monitor changes in privacy laws and regulations, advising the business on necessary adjustments.
  • Conduct privacy impact assessments and risk evaluations for new projects or initiatives.
  • Lead training sessions to educate staff on data protection best practices.
  • Respond to data subject access requests and liaise with regulatory authorities when required.
  • Support cross-functional teams in managing data breaches and other privacy-related incidents.
The Successful Applicant

A successful Privacy Counsel should have:
