Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the prison healthcare team at HMP Channings Wood. You will deliver high quality clinical care within an integrated primary care model for offenders and work within a nurse-led service.

The role offers a structured progression path from preceptorship for newly qualified nurses to a longer-term career in offender healthcare, with a strong focus on evidence-based practice and collaboration with GPs and other clinicians.

Formación

• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Experience with change management and embracing new ways of working.
• Experience in prison/offender healthcare is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high quality clinical care within the Integrated Healthcare Service for the prison.
• Provide a range of primary care and specialist interventions for offenders.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to meet service needs and ensure patient-centered care.
