Qualifications

• Ability to communicate confidently in English.
• Must work shifts including nights, weekends, and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure secure entry and exit of staff, visitors, and vehicles.
• Operate establishment radio system and monitor CCTV.
• Book visits and process visitors upon arrival.
• Monitor and log correspondence for contraband items.
• Ensure cell doors are locked and prisoners accounted for.
• Assist with tasks in reception and manage incoming property.
• Supervise prisoners during movements and exchanges.
• Deliver food and transport prisoners as needed.
• Maintain audit trails for prisoner phone calls.
• Conform to national and local policies.
