• Manage secure entry and exit of staff and visitors.
• Monitor CCTV and report suspicious activities.
• Book and process visits for prisoners.
• Monitor mail for illicit items.
• Supervise prisoners and their movements.
• Transport prisoners safely.
• Maintain log of phone calls.
