Qualifications

• Good communication and influencing skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old at start of employment.
• Ability to pass medical and fitness assessments.
• Meet eyesight requirements in both eyes.
• Meet required hearing standards for safety.

Responsibilities

• Online tests (Stage 1) to assess basic judgement and numerical skills.
• Values-based assessment (VBA) followed by Online Assessment Centre (OAC).
• Medical and fitness tests after allocation to a vacancy, including eyesight and hearing checks.
