Salary: £33,746 - £38,003 per year.

  • Maintain safety and protect the public within the prison.

  • Carry out a range of duties – from peacekeeping to counselling and teaching.
What you’ll need
  • Empathy, self‑confidence and strong communication skills.
  • Previous experience is not required; candidates may come from retail, teaching, armed forces, parenting, etc.
  • A willingness to commit to a team and undertake training for career progression.
