HMP Bedford, St Loyes St, Bedford MK40 1HG, is recruiting prison officers. In this unique career you’ll perform diverse tasks in one day, within a high security environment.

The starting salary is £38,816 for a 39-hour week, including 20% unsocial hours, with a standard 39-hour week and generous Civil Service benefits. Applicants must be at least 18, meet Civil Service nationality requirements, and pass medical, fitness, eyesight and hearing checks.

Qualificações

• Be at least 18 years old at start of employment.
• Meet Civil Service Nationality requirements.
• Pass a medical and fitness assessment.
• Meet eyesight standard in both eyes.
• Meet a suitable hearing standard.
• Tattoos policy: allowed if not offensive or intimidating.

Responsabilidades
