Qualifications

• Experience managing people and services in a Total Facilities Management technical environment.
• Strong understanding of Legionella management, fire safety, and PUER.
• Trained in Health and Safety to IOSH Level II standard.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all agreed Statutory Compliance and FM projects are delivered on time.
• Support the Head of Facilities Management in compliance and maintenance tasks.
• Maintain a sound internal control for Facilities Management budgets.
