Job summary

Propelis in Witham is seeking an experienced Large format print operative to run Vutek hybrid printers. The role reports to the Production Supervisor and includes file preparation, substrate loading, and ongoing printer maintenance.

We value a proactive attitude and input on how to create end products that delight customers. Training is provided where required, and the position currently operates on a day shift with plans to move to double day shift in the future.

Qualifications

• Experience with large-format print production and ability to process files through printers.
• Ability to load substrates and monitor print quality.
• Capable of day-to-day printer maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Proactive attitude and input on improving processes to delight customers.

Responsibilities

• Process files through the printer and load substrates for output.
• Monitor print quality and ensure substrates are correctly loaded.
• Perform routine maintenance on printers and assist with setup.

We are looking for an experience Large format print operative to run our Vutek hybrid printers, (full training given where required). The role is based in Witham and will report to the Production Supervisor.

Role and requirements:

• Processing files through to the printer, loading the various substrates required and monitoring the quality of print output.
• Day to day maintenance of the printers
• A proactive attitude is desired and input welcome on the methods used to create an end product the customer will be delighted with

This will be a day shift position initially but with the intention of moving to a double day shift in the future.
