Job summary

Thorn Baker Group is seeking an experienced Paper Guillotine Operator for a Leicester-based manufacturing business. The role is offered on a temp-to-perm or permanent basis with a Monday–Friday, 37.5-hour week.

Salary is £13-£14 per hour depending on experience, with training available for related finishes if needed. Ideal candidates have prior paper guillotine experience; those with die cutting or print finishing backgrounds are welcome as training can be provided.

Qualifications

• Previous paper guillotine experience is preferred.
• Training can be provided for die cutting or print finishing.
• Experience in a manufacturing/production environment is advantageous.

• Operating a Paper Guillotine machine.
• Setting and amending production as required.
• Ensuring the machine is maintained to run at full capacity.

Thorn Baker are looking for an experienced Paper Guillotine Operator to work for a successful manufacturing business based in Leicester

This position will either be a temp to perm or straight permanent basis

The Job:

Operating a Paper Guillotine machine

Setting and amending production as required

Ensuring the machine is maintained at all times to ensure full capacity

Hours: Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week

Monday to Thursday 7.30am-4pm and Friday 7.30am-1pm

Salary: £13-14ph depending on experience

The person:

Previous paper guillotine experience is preferred

However if you have die cutting, print finisher exerience or similar, training can be provided
