Job summary

HP UK is seeking a Placement Year - Print Category Intern to support the UK&I Print Category team, including HPS and OPS, in executing the printing systems strategy across all routes to market. You will assist with business analysis, reporting, promotions, and events, working closely with the Supplies team.

The role sits with the Print Category Support Specialist, offering exposure to both LaserJet and Ink hardware and opportunities for cross-functional collaboration within HP’s Reading Head

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong analytical capabilities to track programs and promotions.
• Excellent organisation and coordination across deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support print category managers with day-to-day execution of strategy and plan.
• Assist with promotions, incentives, reports and supplier events.
• Process OPG requests and maintain rebate trackers and price lists.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reporting and partner analysis.
