Print Administrator

Location: Sheffield (S11 area)

Contract Type: Temporary, on-going assignment

Working Week: Monday - Friday (No weekend work required)

Working Hours: 09:00am - 17:00pm

Rate of Pay: £12.60 per hour

Start Date: As soon as possible

Pertemps Network Group are currently looking for a Print Administrator to join an on-site services team on an ongoing basis. This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work to daily targets within a structured and process-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately print and prepare letters and documents, ensuring all information is correct
  • Insert printed materials into envelopes with a high level of attention to detail
  • Monitor your own productivity using on-screen tracking tools
  • Meet individual and team performance targets
  • Provide regular updates to supervisors on progress and workload
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, including GDPR requirements
  • Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly management information
  • Support colleagues and carry out additional tasks as directed by your line manager
  • Keep stock levels topped up and report any equipment faults promptly
  • Complete all required training within set timescales
