This is a full-time on-site role for a Print/Accessories Designer located in Savile Row, London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop all seasonal accessories in line with brand identity and company strategy
  • Lead and present visual research, drawing on seasonal direction and archives
  • Seek new bases, finishes, and innovations to bring freshness to the range
  • Collaborate with Merchandising to define collection and product breakdowns, and identify new product opportunities
  • Assist in third-party accessory selection
  • Create and develop prints; design in the brand's established handwriting
  • Re-draw, manipulate, and color archival prints for seasonal options
  • Manage tech packs for all products, ensuring clear communication with suppliers
  • Liaise with factories and Product Development for samples, strike-offs, and color-ups
  • Work with PD to ensure timely approvals and amendments with factories
  • Communicate daily with print mills and suppliers to address queries, chase strike-offs, and meet deadlines
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as required to ensure team efficiency

Requirements:

  • Experience in designing and developing a range of products
  • Previous experience as a print designer is strongly preferred
  • Strong commercial understanding and appreciation of traditional print, knit, and weave techniques
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator; capable of re-drawing archival prints, producing colorways, and creating repeats
  • Understanding of scale and color
  • Ability to demonstrate understanding of the brand and to design and color in its handwriting
  • Knowledge of competitors and market trends
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage workload effectively
