Based in either London or Bristol, with hybrid working options available, this role is ideal for an experienced professional looking to take on complex strategic projects and lead a team. The successful candidate will have extensive experience preparing Flood Risk Assessments and Drainage Strategies, strong knowledge of SuDS design, and expertise in UK planning policies related to flood risk.

Responsibilities

• Leading on large-scale projects within the property, renewable energy, and aviation sectors.
• Engaging with clients to communicate flood risk and drainage constraints.
• Designing sustainable drainage schemes and integrating flood mitigation strategies into masterplans.
• Mentoring and supporting junior consultants as a senior team member.
• Contributing to business development activities.
