It is an exciting time to join The London Clinic's Molecular Imaging department. A project to relocate to a brand-new department with new PET/CT and SPECT/CT scanners is underway and expected to go-live next year. The new scanners will provide opportunities for vendor‑delivered training, including a first‑line engineering course at the manufacturer’s global headquarters. Collaborations with industry partners will provide opportunities for both clinical and scientific research.

The successful candidate will have access to established training pathways for Consultant Scientist and PhD qualifications and will receive support to complete RWA and RPA qualifications.

The London Clinic offers a comprehensive Molecular Radiotherapy service, including radioiodine, PRRT, PSMA, Xofigo, and SIRT, and also hosts the only Rhenium‑SCT service in the UK.

The Molecular Imaging department is supported by a team of technologists/radiographers, as well as nursing support from a dedicated Molecular Radiotherapy nurse and Molecular Imaging HCA. The service is led by the Service Manager and Medical Physics Expert. The successful candidate would be expected to take scientific leadership of the department.
