Why join us?

You'll work at the cutting edge of water recycling and infrastructure, designing sustainable plants and facilities that make a real difference to communities and the environment. We embrace innovation — whether that's trialling new digital design tools, adopting advanced technology, or finding smarter, greener ways to deliver projects.

This is your chance to step into a role with real influence, where you'll not only lead projects but also mentor the next generation of engineers, helping to shape both their careers and the industry itself.

What you'll be doing
  • Leading on the design of sustainable and environmentally responsible solutions.
  • Providing expert technical guidance and oversight on design calculations, specs and standards.
  • Challenging the status quo, driving innovation and embedding best practice across projects.
  • Collaborating with suppliers and partners to improve efficiency and raise technical standards.
  • Researching and implementing cutting-edge digital design concepts.
  • Mentoring and developing junior engineers.
  • Delivering projects on budget and beyond expectations.
What we're looking for
  • MSc/MEng in Electrical & Electronic Engineering (or equivalent).
  • Chartered or Incorporated Engineer status (IET or similar).
  • 10+ years' experience in a relevant industry.
  • A strong leader with excellent communication, problem-solving and innovation skills.
  • Full driving licence (site visits required).
What's in it for you?
  • Salary from £75,000 (depending on skills & experience).
  • Performance-related bonus.
  • Generous pension (up to 11% company contribution).
  • 25 days holiday + flexible working options.
  • Health cash plan, life assurance (4x salary), occupational health support.
  • Salary sacrifices; electric car scheme, cycle-to-work scheme, free parking.
  • Discounts at 800+ retailers, digital GP service, funded eye tests.
  • Competitive maternity leave and flexible return-to-work options.
  • Two paid volunteering days a year.
  • Study support for job-related qualifications.
