Job Title: Principal Delivery Manager
Location: Remote
Salary: Up to £85,000 benefits
Type: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Principal Delivery Manager to join our growing PMO team. In this senior leadership role, you’ll support the Head of PMO in managing the delivery function, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring successful delivery across a range of complex CRM, ERP, and data projects.

You’ll act as a mentor and role model for Project Managers, ensuring quality delivery, effective governance, and a culture of collaboration across teams. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded delivery professional with strong leadership and customer engagement skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of large-scale Microsoft Dynamics (CRM & ERP), Business Central, GP, and data projects.
• Oversee project governance, health checks, and delivery assurance.
• Manage project budgets, risks, and stakeholder communication.
• Support pre-sales activities, including tenders and client presentations.
• Mentor and coach Project Managers, promoting consistent delivery excellence.
• Drive continuous improvement within the PMO, fostering collaboration between CRM and ERP teams.
• Act as a subject matter expert on project delivery best practices.

Candidate Requirements

• 5 years’ experience delivering projects in a Microsoft Dynamics consultancy environment.
• Proven experience managing complex, multi-stream programmes.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and commercial acumen.
• Skilled in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery approaches.
• Project Management certifications (e.g. Prince2, APM, PMI, Agile).
• Strong understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem – Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, and Azure DevOps.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
• Experience in the Not-for-Profit sector is advantageous.
