Our Water Management team is seeking a Principal Wastewater Modeller. In this position, you will lead the development of wastewater models, manage key project aspects, and work closely with clients to build and expand Arcadis’s project portfolio through strategic client interactions. Collaboration, proactive problem‑solving, and creative thinking are central to our team’s approach and will be a fundamental part of your role. Our Water team tackles some of the UK’s most technically demanding projects and AMP8 programmes, working in partnership with leading water companies and contractors to deliver innovative solutions. Projects focus on addressing flooding challenges, reducing storm overflow pollution, and improving network resilience while ensuring compliance with UK regulatory requirements such as WINEP and industry best practices. The role offers an opportunity for a motivated and independent professional to advance their career while mentoring and nurturing the development of others, taking a leadership position in client engagement and management, especially with water utilities.
