Job summary

Computacenter is seeking a hands-on Principal Consultant to lead Tanium design, deployment and security-focused client engagements in enterprise environments across the UK. You’ll own technical workstreams, mentor junior staff and drive solutions from discovery through to operational handover, including risk assessment and governance.

The role requires extensive Tanium experience, strong endpoint management skills, and active SC clearance.

Qualifications

• Must have extensive experience designing and operating Tanium in complex environments.
• Proven ability to lead technical workstreams and communicate with stakeholders.
• Experience with Windows and Linux deployments and patch management.
• Active SC clearance is required or in process.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, deployment, configuration and optimisation of Tanium Cloud and on-premises environments.
• Own technical workstreams from discovery through to handover and testing.
• Translate customer requirements into secure Tanium solutions.
• Develop designs, implementation plans and operating procedures.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to consultants and engineers.
• Engage with customers in workshops, reviews and technical demonstrations.
