A local government organization in Oxford is seeking an ICT Principal Systems Analyst to provide technical support and drive operational improvements for Children’s Social Care applications. The ICT Principal Systems Analyst will be the subject matter expert on the Children’s Social Care and Early Help Applications. They will be aware of and contribute to Application roadmap developments, keep abreast of legislative changes and customer priorities, and advise on best practice use and development of the Social Care and Early Help Applications.
The role will require the development of close working relationships with other teams in IT – primarily but not exclusively Customer Support, Solutions Delivery, Customer Engagement and IT Infrastructure, as well as the customer base, for this role being Children’s Social Care and Early Help. The postholder will be highly organised, adept at troubleshooting, customer focused and have a commitment to personal and staff development.
