This role will suit a Chartered or near‑Chartered engineer seeking greater technical responsibility, project ownership, and clear progression within a close‑knit, high‑performing practice.

Role Overview

• Lead and manage the structural design and delivery of residential and commercial projects from concept to completion.
• Provide technical leadership and oversight to ensure designs are practical, cost‑effective and compliant with UK regulations.
• Undertake detailed analysis and design in steel, concrete, masonry and timber using industry‑standard software.
• Liaise closely with clients, architects, contractors and multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Oversee, mentor and develop junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and high‑quality design culture.
• Maintain or progress toward Chartered status with full professional support.
