Job summary

Conrad-Consulting seeks a Principal Structural Engineer in Norwich to lead building structures projects from concept to completion. The role emphasizes autonomous delivery, client liaison, and delivering designs across sectors.

The successful candidate will have a civil/structural engineering degree, at least 5 years’ UK consultancy experience, and a forward-thinking design approach. Hybrid working is offered, including home-based days.

Principal Structural Engineer

Our client is a successful consultancy who are currently seeking a Principal Structural Engineer in Norwich. They offer a full range of integrated services and have an expanding project workload.

They are seeking a talented engineer who is capable of working autonomously and can deliver all aspects of buildings structures project design, from concept to completion.

About you:

• Degree in civil/structural engineering
• At least 5 years' experience working on buildings structures design within a UK consultancy
• Strong flair for design and forward-thinking approach to engineering
• Focus on successful project delivery
• Able to oversee projects in a variety of sectors with strong client facing skills
