Qualifications

• Previous experience as a technical assessor or strong software engineering/aviation background.
• Ability to be pragmatic in communication.
• Experience in hardware lifecycle processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide Independent Technical Assessment of software for safety-critical systems.
• Assure hardware processes for complex systems to applicable CEH standards.
• Conduct audits and lead reviews for software/hardware lifecycle.

Skills

Technical assessment experience

Strong communication skills

SME understanding of High integrity hardware development (VHDL)

SME understanding of hardware chipsets (FPGA, ASIC, PLC)

Understanding of hardware lifecycle

Experience working with CEH standards (DO-254, EN 61508-2)

Education

Technical Degree (Computer Science, Maths, Engineering or equivalent)
