Harrington Starr in London is seeking a Principal Software Engineer to help shape the technical direction of a leading fintech. You will influence architecture, drive product roadmaps, and work with cross-functional teams in a hybrid London environment.

The role requires senior Java expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to translate business strategy into technical initiatives. You will mentor engineers, discuss architectural concerns across the company, and contribute to design outcomes
