Cisco ThousandEyes is seeking engineering leaders to help evolve and ship scalable, reliable digital‑experience solutions. You will work with product and engineering teams to deploy features across the Cisco portfolio, leveraging AI to improve issue diagnosis and automated remediation.

You will mentor engineers, improve developer productivity, and influence architecture in a fast‑growing, globally distributed environment with strong collaboration across networks, security and observability

Qualifications

• Professional software engineering experience building production‑grade applications.
• 4+ years in technical leadership while designing and maintaining large‑scale distributed systems.
• Proven experience delivering large‑scale internet products with cross‑functional collaboration.
• Experience mentoring software engineers at various levels.
• Track record of measurable improvements in developer productivity.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product and engineering leaders to evolve ThousandEyes technologies and ship new features.
• Integrate technology into Cisco wireless and security portfolios and apply AI for self‑service issue diagnosis.
• Mentor engineers and promote best practices to improve productivity and quality across teams.
• Represent the engineering voice across the company to help shape product and platform strategy.
