Job summary

A leading global energy services company in Abingdon seeks a Senior UX/UI Designer to design complex workflows and deliver end-to-end solutions. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of design experience, specializing in enterprise products and interaction design. This full-time role involves collaborating with product managers and engineers in an Agile environment, creating user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.

Qualifications

Job Duties

Purpose

A senior individual contributor responsible for designing complex workflows, delivering end-to-end solutions, and raising the craft quality of Landmark applications.

Responsibilities

• Own UX design for major workflows or product areas, ensuring usability and clarity.
• Translate business and technical requirements into intuitive design solutions.
• Apply and extend the Landmark design system; contribute new patterns where needed.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished visual designs.
• Partner with product managers and engineers to align requirements and deliverables.
• Validate designs with users through testing and iterate based on feedback.
• Participate in design reviews, offering constructive critique and feedback.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of UX/UI design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating enterprise or technical product design.
• Mastery of interaction and visual design; working knowledge of research methods.
• Proficiency with Figma and modern prototyping tools.
• Comfort working with engineers in Agile environments (Angular/React familiarity preferred).

Nice-to-Haves

• Prior experience contributing to a design system.
• Experience in energy, engineering, or industrial domains.
• Completion of a Masters Degree is a plus.
