We're seeking a passionate sales specialist who can bridge technology and business strategy to drive transformative customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic go-to-market approaches for Amazon Connect, targeting UK FSI customers in Banking, Capital Markets, and Insurance enterprises
  • Engage with executive leadership to understand complex business challenges and propose innovative cloud solutions
  • Serve as the primary business specialist for agentic customer experiences within UK Enterprise FSI
  • Craft compelling value propositions that directly address customer needs and demonstrate AWS's unique capabilities
  • Collaborate with global system integrators to deliver transformative programs

Your day will be a blend of strategic thinking, customer engagement, and business innovation. You'll collaborate with business leaders, dive deep into complex customer challenges, and craft tailored propositions that unlock new potential for organisations across various industries.

We are the Amazon Connect team, dedicated to positioning AWS as the premier provider for seamless end-to-end agentic AI customer engagement solutions. Our mission is to help customers reimagine their customer interactions through secure, scalable, and innovative cloud native services. We're not just selling technology; we're enabling CX transformation that empowers businesses to connect with their customers like never before.

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience in technology-related sales, business development, or sales engineering/consulting
  • Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences and at C-level, including training, workshops, publications
  • Experience in the financial services industry

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in large complex deal negotiations with a successful track record
  • Experience selling AI/ML solutions
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products and online services on tight deadlines
  • Experience partnering with multiple business leaders in a complex and fast-paced business setting which is in high growth mode
