You will make an impact by being responsible for:
Driving executive transformation – Partner with CXOs and senior leaders across strategic accounts to shape digital transformation strategies, serving as a trusted advisor on Intelligent Automation, Agentic Process Automation (APA), and Generative AI initiatives
Leading solution strategy & design – Collaborate with Sales and cross-functional experts to design compelling, outcome-driven solutions that address complex business challenges and clearly demonstrate the value of Automation Anywhere’s platform
Building deep customer relationships – Establish and expand C-level and stakeholder relationships, strengthening long-term partnerships and driving customer success across all stages of engagement
Orchestrating collaborative ecosystems – Align and lead multidisciplinary teams and partner networks to deliver cohesive, high-impact solutions throughout the sales cycle
Engaging and influence with impact – Deliver persuasive presentations and tailored demonstrations to key decision-makers, articulating our unique value proposition in competitive, high-stakes environments
Continuously learning and elevating performance – Stay current on Automation Anywhere’s platform, GenAI innovations, and industry trends; proactively share insights and maintain certifications to ensure excellence in every engagement
You will be a great fit if you have:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or equivalent professional experience
8+ years of experience in a pre-sales or solution engineering role supporting enterprise applications (CRM, ERP, HR, or Automation)
Proven success as a Sales Engineer or Solution Consultant for technology solutions in enterprise environments
Proficiency in Intelligent Automation, with exposure to Agentic Process Automation (APA) or Generative AI preferred
Experience in at least one industry vertical (e.g., Manufacturing, Banking, Public Sector)
Strong knowledge of sales methodologies, business transformation, and consultative solution design
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for executive and technical audiences
Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions, work effectively in fast-paced environments, and manage multiple priorities
