Principal Registered Building Inspector (Class 2A-F / Class 3)

Are you an experienced Registered Building Inspector looking to take the next step in your career? We’re seeking a Principal RBI to play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of building regulation compliance across a diverse range of projects.

The Role

  • Hold at least Class 2A-F competency (Class 3 desirable).
  • Provide expert technical advice on all building control matters.
  • Carry out detailed inspections of building works in progress.
  • Ensure full compliance with Building Regulations at plan check, throughout construction, and at final inspection.
  • Manage an appropriate caseload of applications efficiently.
  • Work collaboratively with internal departments and fellow RBIs, including on council-led schemes.
  • Support, assist, and deputise for the Team Manager when required.
  • Attend the office at least 2 days per week (or as required).
