Principal Recruitment Consultant – Primary Care Division

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Principal Recruitment Consultant to set up and lead a new Primary Care Division within a well-established healthcare recruitment group, under one of its successful sister companies known for the supply of GPs across the UK.

This is a pivotal role for a commercially minded recruiter with strong knowledge of the Primary Care or Community Healthcare market, looking to build and grow a division with the full backing of a reputable organisation and extensive resources.

Opportunity
  • Establish and lead a brand-new Primary Care Division under a recognised healthcare brand.
  • Focus on supplying Community Nurses, OTs/PTs, CAMHS, ADHD specialists, and similar roles through ICB-funded pathways.
  • Win and manage direct contracts with ICBs to expand service delivery.
  • Utilise a large existing database and benefit from full back-office and compliance support.
  • Grow the division into a high-performing team with exceptional growth potential.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience within Primary Care or Community Healthcare recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of ICB frameworks, tendering, and contract management.
  • Proven ability to build new business and manage key client relationships.
